Returns:
We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Request must be genuine

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method or bank account.

Non-Returnable Cases:
- Used products
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations

Replacement:
We may offer replacement instead of refund for damaged/defective products.
